I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We are so sorry to hear you've received a faulty item. Please contact us with your order #, item name, and photos that show the fault clearly with our logo on it! There is no need to send the item back to us, it will delay the time. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can get t sorted for you!
What do I do if the Gift Voucher I bought hasn't arrived?

How long are shipping times?
Due to COVID-19, our shipping times have increased. After the pandemic has passed, we will be able to offer 2-3 and 5-7 day shipping again. However, currently we have seen times a little over 2 weeks! Please be patient and contact us if you're curious about your order.

How can I purchase a gift voucher?
Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?
Unfortunately we are out of stock on this item. We will email you with an update about when this item will be available again, and your options regarding your purchase.
How can I search to find products on the website?
You can find our search bar at the top of our website and you will be able to find all our products.
How can I adjust the size of my watch?
All watches come with an instruction manual and a resizing tool. The resizing tool goes into the small hole on the strap of the watch. It pushes the pin out the opposite side so you can remove it. Repeat it again, and move up how many links you think you need to remove!
What are the sizes of the dials?
Our watch dials range from 40mm-44mm!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
All items must be returned within 60 days, and the refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Items must be unworn, and in the original packaging. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
How do I make a gift exchange?
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. To make our returns system as quick as possible we can't accept exchanges. Check out our return policy above to see if your order still qualifies for a refund.
What do you do with returned items?
We either giveaway or donate 100% of the items that are returned.
When can I expect my refund?
After your return is processed and accepted we will issue a refund immediately. Please allow at least 10 days for the money to appear in your bank acount.
